JEE (Main) is divided into two parts according to the number of papers in the examination.
Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.): NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) and State-funded/recognized Institutions/Universities administer Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E./B.Tech.). As part of JEE Main–2022 Session-I, the National Testing Agency conducted the examination between June 24 and 30, 2022.
